Wicker Point Club House - Receptionist - Part-Time

Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends About the Role As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for every clubhouse experience. We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and upholding the standards of Wicker Point Golf Club. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a member-focused environment, and maintains a positive, welcoming presence at all times. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner Manage dining and event reservations Handle member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person Manage meeting room availability and scheduling Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveriesAssist with printing, photocopying, and general administrative tasks Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area Manage office inventory including stationery and supplies Support telecommunications and security systems as needed Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service preferred Basic computer proficiency required; experience with reservation or club management software is a plus.
