What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, and cook time standards, and preparing all menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications. Duties of this position will include the setup of equipment, verification of stock, the cleaning of cooking equipment, and preparing food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. As a member of the Kitchen Team, you will cross-train and learn other stations and positions in the Kitchen. What You’ll Bring (Requirements): Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, preferred. High School Diploma or GED, preferred. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
