Work Location: Salem, Massachusetts, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Range: $91,000 - $136,240 USD Job Title Store Manager II – Personal & Commercial Banking Responsibilities Lead and grow the Store portfolio, including deposits, loans, fees and expenses. Coach, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience. Focus on deepening customer relationships by placing the customer first and referring to the right Specialist. Manage multiple Store locations, oversee operations, and handle staffing, performance, and disciplinary actions. Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer, internal, or partner issues. Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending, and conducts loan closings while maintaining active NMLS registration. Develop and execute strategies to grow deposits, investments, and loan growth in partnership with specialists. Monitor performance metrics, manage Store budget, and report to leadership. Ensure compliance with bank operating policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Cultivate community relationships and promote the Bank’s presence and brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years of related experience in retail, customer service, or financial services. Proven supervisory, leadership, and coaching experience. Strong business development skills and ability to implement sales strategies. Experience in small‑business and consumer lending. Knowledge of bank product lines, services, and Store operations. Strong financial analysis, presentation, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Notary license preferred. Active NMLS registration required; eligibility for Mortgage Loan Originator certification under Regulation Z and the SAFE Act.
