Forklift OperatorsTemp to Hire 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. | Pay: $18.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. Shift Diff. = $19.00/hr.** MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF RECENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE**Use forklift, order picker and a pallet rider, to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. Order Picker or Cherry Picker PIT Operator- MUST be comfortable working at high elevations as the lift does extend upwards.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesUsing a forklift, order picker and a pallet rider, to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materialsWork with radio frequency equipment for pricing, receiving, and put-away as requiredResponsible for the accurate storing, picking, packing, and receiving of productMaintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashionOn a daily basis, perform inspections on the lift equipmentOperate all lift equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following prescribed work methodsUnderstand and follow all policies and procedures set by the companyStrive to meet daily, weekly and monthly goalsMaintain a clean work environmentStrong sense of urgency with the ability to meet or exceed picking quotasOther job duties when applicableQualificationsOne year in a warehouse environmentFamiliar with warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures is requiredMeeting safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards of the facilityMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be eighteen years of age or olderExcellent communication skillsGood math, reading and communication skillsAbility to operate a pallet jack, pallet rider, order picker and a sit down reach truckLifting a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds infrequentlyRequires squatting, kneeling, bending and some overhead liftingAble to be flexible with a team attitude
