What You'll Do

• Lead all facets of store operations with an ownership mindset
• Build a team culture rooted in hospitality, clarity, and accountability
• Set daily service expectations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and other key admin systems
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH managers to maintain safety, flow, and standards
• Execute store financials with support from the executive team
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and systems
• Lead from the floor—modeling poise, urgency, and humility at every service

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant GM or AGM role
• Ability to coach, challenge, and support team members with consistency
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail in scheduling, COGs, and labor
• Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
• A growth mindset—you're comfortable with structure, but not afraid to evolve it
• Availability for early mornings and occasional cross-store support
• Comfort working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs as needed
