Patient Appointment Scheduler
This role schedules new patient appointments across multiple medical specialties while managing high-volume calls, referrals, emails, and faxes in accordance with established guidelines. Responsibilities include verifying patient demographics and insurance, collecting clinical records, managing referral and waitlist queues, coordinating with providers and clinics, and accurately documenting all activity in Epic while delivering courteous, patient-focused service.
