Travel PT Home Health jobs in Blue Bell, PA covering Montgomery County offer 13-week contracts with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, and 40 hours expected weekly. You must have a Pennsylvania license, home health experience, and Start of Care experience. You will visit 5 to 6 clients daily and document using Homecare Home Base. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.Your responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, implementing skilled interventions, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
