We are in search of a reliable, detail-oriented and organized Full-Time Storeroom Attendant & Clerk to join our Storeroom & Finance Team! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands‑on team player who thrives in an organized, fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow into broader purchasing or accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping systems running smoothly—accurately managing inventory, tracking vendor expenses, and supporting financial processes that keep the operation moving. Responsibilities Log, release and actively monitor the physical inventory of items in the storeroom Accurately issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to different departments per storeroom requisitions Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe Process accounts payable invoices through the Birchstreet system and allocate expenses to the appropriate department/account Maintain vendor expense tracker to ensure monthly invoices are recorded and properly accrued Reconcile vendor statements to ensure any past due invoices are resolved Assist as needed for additional duties and projects We are proud to share that Hyatt is a certified Great Place to Work® and has been named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list in the United States—reflecting our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, support, and opportunity.
