Because our marketing engine generates a massive volume of direct-to-seller inbound leads, we frequently uncover high-quality, retail-ready listings that don’t fit our strict cash-buying investment criteria. We are expanding our retail division and are seeking an entrepreneurial, hungry, and organized Real Estate Team Lead to monetize this pipeline, manage our active agents, and scale the traditional side of our brand. What You’ll Do (The Mission) Monetize the Engine: Take first right of refusal on high-intent, inbound retail listing leads generated by our proprietary direct mail and investment marketing systems. Lead the Squad: Act as the managing leader for our active agents—overseeing daily systems, tracking productivity, and holding the retail team accountable to speed-to-lead standards. Scale the Footprint: Work directly with the Principal Owner to recruit, onboard, and build a highly efficient, production-focused retail sales team. Run the Sandbox: Manage the daily operational flow of the traditional brokerage side, freeing the investment team to focus strictly on off-market deals. Who You Are You are an active, licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker with a proven track record of closing deals (minimum 5–10+ transactions per year). You are tired of the solo agent hamster wheel and want to build a team and a predictable business asset without the massive overhead costs. You possess strong leadership skills, an operational mindset, and high accountability.
