Office Support/Sample Login Specialist

Job Description Login/Client Support Specialist This position serves as a support role for the laboratory, ensuring efficient and accurate running of a fast‑paced laboratory. Responsibilities include greeting clients, vendors and visitors, answering general questions, and supporting laboratory operations. Hours are Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑4:30 pm. Must live a commutable distance to Ayer, MA. This is a full‑time benefit‑eligible position. Compensation is $20 /hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Regular attendance and punctuality Collect samples from on‑site drop box Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample Organize and record samples Data entry into LIMS (TALS experience a PLUS) Maintain the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping Assist with customer services Handle interactions with walk‑in clients Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner Process daily mail and small shipments of bottle kits Provide excellent customer service to walk‑in clients Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent; further education in biological or chemical science preferred Experience in a fast‑pace work environment Lab experience and exposure to environmental industry preferred Ability and Skills Strong computer, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivated, adaptable, and a positive attitude Handle moderate stress in a fast‑paced environment Detail oriented – data entry Ability to prioritize Customer service Science‑based background preferred Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English Perform other duties as assigned Additional Information Please note – Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes; the actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, skill set, internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
