Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting high-traffic digital platforms and production environments. The role will focus on observability, reliability engineering, production readiness, automation, incident response, and performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS and/or GCP, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring, infrastructure-as-code, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Support monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across production systems.
- Maintain SLIs/SLOs and evaluate services for production readiness.
- Identify reliability risks and collaborate with development teams on architecture improvements.
- Automate operations, including CI/CD, incident response, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident analysis.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to support performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SRE/production support experience.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Strong CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience supporting web, mobile, and OTT applications.
- Experience with JMeter or k6 and debugging tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
- Willingness to work onsite and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

- On-site position in Englewood, NJ.
- Local candidates who can attend an in-person interview are required.
- Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.
