With 50,000 square‑foot studio space in DTLA and a proprietary AI‑driven performance approach, we’re poised to dominate 2026. Why This Role Matters Strategy is useless without execution. As Brand Manager, you are the “Brand Guardian” for our key accounts. You bridge Creative, Media, and Strategy, ensuring every piece of content—whether a 6‑second hook or a 30‑second testimonial—feels undeniably on brand. You manage the pulse of the client’s identity while keeping the speed and performance required to win. What You’ll Do Orchestrate the Brand Calendar. Own day‑to‑day execution of brand campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules. Translate high‑level strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs for the studio team. Coordinate “Brand Moments”—product launches, seasonal promos, influencer activations—to ensure impact. Review creative assets to ensure voiceover and visual aesthetic align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Performance Team to pivot brand messaging based on data insights. Maintain the Brand Bible for each client, updating guidelines as learning occurs. Serve as a trusted client contact, responding, organizing, and proactively managing relationships. Report on brand health with insights on customer sentiment, engagement, and creative feedback. Triumph over issues before they become problems, maintaining calm under pressure. How You’ll Be Measured (KPIs) Campaign execution: 100% on‑time delivery of assets and campaigns. Creative consistency: low revision rates due to off‑brand content. Client happiness: high retention rates and positive daily communication feedback. Workflow efficiency: smooth information flow from Client → You → Studio. Who You Are 4–6 years of experience in brand, account, or marketing at an agency or DTC brand. Hyper‑organized, uses Asana, Monday.com, or Notion, never misses deadlines or details. Creative diplomat with a keen eye for brand‑aligned lighting and tone. Strong communicator, able to give feedback to creatives and explain results to clients. Data‑comfortable, able to read performance reports and distinguish between high CTR and high CPA. Adaptable, understands that brand needs flexibility to convert in a performance agency. Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation: $80,000–100,000 per year.
