As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will play a crucial role in our mission to empower children to thrive. Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their natural environments, implementing behavioral intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Implement behavioral skills training, including functional skills, social skills, and communication skills Collect data on client progress and maintain accurate records Assist in developing and implementing behavioral plans, as directed by BCBAs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Requirements: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must have a minimum of 4 months of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Must have a valid RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds) Work Environment: Part-time schedule In-home therapy setting, with occasional travel to other locations as needed Why Join Our Team: Competitive pay rate Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Alight Behavioral Therapy MN
