• Work on issue resolution and escalation. Handle incident management system.
• Knowledge base development. Monitor MES layer integration with other systems.
• Monitor system performance. Develop training materials. Able to report metrics.
• Able to handle security administration. Work on system configuration and support.
• Handle problem management.
• EIS : MES Functional Consulting
• 4-6years experience
