Service Coordinator

Southern Home Appliance is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team! As a Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Service Dispatch & Scheduling
• Customer Service
• Warranty claims, manufacturer authorizations, and coordination
• Parts Ordering & Management
• Inventory Management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with service management or dispatch software is preferred.
• Positive attitude
• Team player who can work independently
