Primary Responsibilities

Participate in overall design and engineering of structural systems for projects as assigned throughout construction phase.
Visit job sites to conduct structural inspections, verifications, and progress evaluations.
Coordinate system layout and drawings with other disciplines; work as part of a multidisciplinary project team(s).
Prepare contract documents, technical specifications, reports, structural cost estimates, and other relevant documents.
Review and act upon RFIs, submittals, and other construction-related documents.

Qualifications/Requirements of Structural Engineer

Education: Bachelor's degree minimum; master's degree preferred.
Experience: 0-10+ years. However, Henneman Engineering is open to considering a diverse range of experience and skill levels.

Benefits/Perks for the Structural Engineer

Salary commensurate with skills and experience. $60,000-$90,000
Benefits typical of industry including paid holidays, vacation, health insurance, disability and life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401K program.
