Client Services & Reservation Coordinator Position Overview Grace & Getaways Travel LLC is looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to support clients throughout the vacation planning and reservation process. This role focuses on client communication, research, reservation assistance, organization, and follow-up. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable working independently, and enjoys helping people make informed decisions. Training and resources are available to help qualified individuals learn the systems, supplier platforms, and booking procedures used in the role. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to learn about their vacation preferences, needs, dates, and budget. Research available cruises, resorts, hotels, transportation, vacation packages, and other travel options. Provide clients with options that match their requests and preferences. Assist clients with reservation details and the booking process. Respond to customer questions in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with prospective clients regarding inquiries, quotes, and reservation decisions. Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process. Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized client records and booking information. Use online reservation systems, supplier websites, email, and customer-management tools. Stay informed about destination information, supplier policies, promotions, and booking requirements. Provide ongoing customer support before and after reservations are completed. Develop positive relationships with clients that encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Professional and friendly communication style. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable using computers, email, websites, and online systems. Ability to research and compare information for customers. Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to learn reservation systems, supplier procedures, and industry information. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, administration, or sales is helpful but not required.
