As a Security Officer Dispatch Control in Frisco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, support access activity, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service while working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communication systems, receive calls, and dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and activity records related to deliveries, visitor traffic, alarms, and/or operational concerns within the location.
• Coordinate access-related communications for vendors, delivery drivers, and staff entering or exiting the location, following established post orders and client-directed protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
