Automotive Sales Consultant

Rairdon's Kia – Burlington, WA

Rairdon's Kia is currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team!

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross and 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan.

60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow the sales process
• Attend sales and training meetings
• Knowledge, training, and testing of products
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Record and safeguard customer information
• Assist the Sales team with preparing and delivering vehicles
• Assist the Sales team with facilities, inventory display, and organization
• Move vehicles
• All other services and actions related to the display and sale of motor vehicles
