IT Business Process Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the Corporate Enterprise Systems Team, the full-time IT Business Process Analyst will analyze, optimize, and document business processes related to enterprise applications, focusing on the Costpoint Content Management Interface and user accessibility, while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Analyze, document, and improve business processes related to enterprise applications and the CMI & Remote Access environment Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders Serve as a primary technical support contact and ticket queue manager for the EST - Technical team Required Qualifications BA/BS or working towards a degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies Experience supporting enterprise systems in a cross-functional corporate environment Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and testing methodologies
