Visit rates: $85 - $95 per visit
Competitive, Weekly pay with travel time and mileage reimbursement
New hires eligible for $1000 signing bonus, until September 30, 2026. Eligible after 1040 hours of employment or completion of 750 visits within 12 months of hire date

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
Provide home-based speech therapy to patients having communication, swallowing or cognitive difficulties due to an illness or injury
Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT and OT, focused on the patients plan of care and established goals
Observe and evaluate a patients ability to communicate, swallow and process information
Conduct patient assessments, document progress and ensure patient goals are met
Assist with mouth, breathing and swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation and reading
Educate patient and family on plan of care, therapy goals, safety practices and self-care
A few must-haves for Home Health Speech Language Pathologists:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and active SLP license in Arizona
Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card
No Covid Vaccination Required
Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
Good clinical judgement, critical thinking skills, strong communicator, empathy and compassion
