Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Accounting Clerk for a company in Bonham, TX ! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Maintain and reconcile financial records and transactions
• Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with the sales department regarding invoicing, customer accounts, and payment tracking
• Assist with bookkeeping and audit preparation activities
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Experience processing payroll
• Experience with expense reports and expense reporting systems
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally

Required Experience

• Prior experience with QuickBooks required
• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Audit support or audit preparation experience preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of accounting or finance support experience preferred
