• Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales. • Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store. • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers. • Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs. • Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products. • Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability. • Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

2-3 years of relevant sales work experience Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector. Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs. High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time BENEFITS ELIGIBLE?: Yes HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability on weekends between the hours of 9:00AM to 10:30PM.
