Senior Water Resources Engineer: Transportation Lead

STV Inc. is seeking a Lead Water Resources Engineer to support transportation infrastructure projects across Virginia. The ideal candidate will lead complex design tasks and provide technical leadership while mentoring early-career engineers. Key responsibilities include managing stormwater permitting, overseeing drainage system design, and supporting public-sector clients.
