Travel Ultrasound Technologist (General) – Night Shift | Texas

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (General) for an exciting 13-week travel assignment in Texas. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with exposure to a diverse patient population and advanced imaging practices.

Job Details

• Start Date: 06/01/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night Shift (4x10-hour shifts | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, No call.
• Location: San Angelo

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures across multiple specialties
• Conduct general, vascular, and OB ultrasound exams
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Adapt to different units and float as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification required (additional certifications preferred)
• Strong experience in:
• General ultrasound (abdomen, gallbladder, pancreas, appendix)
• Vascular imaging (carotid, Doppler, duplex, arterial studies)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OB imaging (all trimesters)
• TCD (Transcranial Doppler) experience is a plus
• Experience working with diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)

Work Environment

• Exposure to multiple care settings including ED, ICU, NICU, and outpatient
• Opportunity to work with advanced imaging equipment and systems
• Collaborative and fast-paced clinical setting

• May require floating between departments or campuses
• Compliance with facility vaccination requirements may be necessary
