What You’ll Get

• Uncapped commissions with realistic first-year earnings of $75,000–$250,000+
• Weekly bonuses and performance incentives
• Office staff handles the backend — production, scheduling, permits, supplements, invoicing

• Hands-on training — inspections, insurance claims, and closing from start to finish
• Leadership and growth tracks (sales management, recruiting, team leadership)
• Full-time, year-round position (not storm-only)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating new opportunities
• Scheduling and performing roof inspections
• Documenting roof conditions and storm damage
• Presenting solutions and closing contracts
• Following up with homeowners and managing your pipeline
• Coordinating with admin and production teams
• Visiting job sites and attending final walk-throughs when needed
• Communicating clearly with customers from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

No roofing or sales experience is required. What matters most is  work ethic, attitude, and coachability .

• Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Competitive but team-focused
• Willing to follow proven systems

If you have experience in  door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, real estate, auto sales, or roofing , you’ll fit right in — but it’s not required.
