This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, client relationships, subcontractors, and internal project teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and successful project delivery. Projects range from approximately $1M to $15M and include commercial, institutional, industrial, and renovation work throughout Maine.The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction professional who takes ownership, communicates confidently with clients and project partners, and knows how to keep complex projects moving without losing sight of the details.
