Tech Repair Manager

Rapidly growing consumer electronics repair company is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Tech Repair Manager for our facility. The ideal candidate for this role will have an outgoing personality with ability to work autonomously and ensure product quality. In this role you will collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of product quality and functionality. Responsibilities Perform screen/battery replacements, inspection, testing, and repair of smart phones and other devices. Accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents / work orders and in computer system. Read and translate repair documents and videos, and share experiences and learning with other technicians throughout the company via online forums and electronic media. Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices: phones/tablets/laptops etc. Monitor parts inventories and inform management of status. Dismantle old electronic devices for OEM parts. Keep work area clean and sterile. Perform other duties as required by management. Qualifications Successful completion of drug test, and general background check. High School diploma or GED/equivalent certification required. Honesty and Integrity – the number one requirement for the job. iPhone and/or iPad repair experience is a plus. Enjoy working on electronic gadgets – we will train you on the processes and procedures. Reliable and timely, strong work ethic. Strong focus on quality repairs. Ability to read, write and communicate in English to read and comprehend assembly manuals and process documentation. Oral and written communication proficiency.Troubleshooting and assembly skills.
