Job Overview

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3‑day per week schedule, giving you both flexibility and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care
• Improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with medical and facility staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Ohio PT license in good standing
• Strong clinical and documentation skillsCommitment to patient‑centered care
