Location: Braker's Market
Start Date: August

$16.00–$20.00 per hour

18 years old preferred

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Braker's Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Warehouse & Market team. This position plays an important role in keeping our store organized, stocked, clean, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking products, maintaining inventory, supporting store operations, and helping with daily upkeep throughout the market.

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming deliveries
• Restock bakery bins, produce, coolers, freezers, and market products
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales and storage areas
• Monitor product quality and rotate inventory as needed
• Check expiration dates and help maintain product freshness
• Keep coolers and freezers clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Assist with dishes and general store upkeep
• Maintain café and dining areas, including wiping tables, cleaning chairs, and managing trash
• Help maintain exterior areas, including outdoor cleanliness and organization
• Assist with cardboard management, pallets, bales, and other facility tasks
• Support team members with additional projects and daily operational needs
• Follow company procedures, food safety guidelines, and safety standards

• 18 years old or close to 18 preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Eager to learn and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Takes pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Ability to work independently and stay productive

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers
• Ability to complete physical tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and organizing
