Senior Mechanical Engineer - Rugged Laser Systems

Aurelius Systems in San Francisco is building autonomous, edge-deployed directed energy laser systems for counter-UAS. We need a Senior Mechanical Engineer who owns rugged subsystems from architecture to production, ensuring shock, vibration, moisture, and environmental endurance. You will lead mechanical design, thermal management, and precision packaging, performing FEA and bench validation, and coordinating with the Detroit manufacturing hub for handoff and ramp.
