This position typically involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Experience Required: Typically, 4-5 years in a similar role Key Responsibilities: * Solution Design and Development: * Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Service & Sales Module). * Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications. * Project Management:

• Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

* Technical Leadership: * Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to Dynamics 365. * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and technical skills. * Troubleshooting and Support: * Analyze and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to provide long-term solutions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and

application lifecycle management. * Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Proven track record in leading development teams and managing complex

projects. * Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous but not mandatory. * Soft Skills: * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
