Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical ICU

Schedule: Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Patient-ratio experience of 2:1
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Additional certifications: NIHSS, PALS
• Core ICU skills: ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, central lines, PA/Swan-Ganz), titration of vasoactive/cardiac drips, CRRT/CVVHD, blood product administration, ABG/dysrhythmia interpretation/management, central/PICC line care, chest tube and suctioning care, procedural sedation, post-op care
• Proficient with Epic charting system

Compliance / Notes:

• Applicants residing in specific counties are not eligible
• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal
• Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• RN orientation modules average 4–6 hours (non-billable)
• COVID-19 / Flu vaccine status is unknown per posting
