At Home - 2201 Porter Creek Drive - Responsibilities: Lead visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager, and leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and an organized environment; Manage daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement; Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including freight sorts and stocking; Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience to keep store operating effectively and profitably; Review store financial data from the store scorecard and act within assigned zones to improve metrics
