Job Highlights:- Position: RN - Pediatric
- Department: Med Surg - 4N
- Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, 36 Hours/Week (7 PM - 7 AM), Every 3rd Weekend

- Preferred Experience: Background in pediatric hematology/oncology is advantageous.
- Shift Differentials: Available for night and weekend shifts.

Job Summary:The role involves delivering direct nursing care in alignment with the established policies, procedures, and protocols of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and communication of patient conditions.
- Act as the primary coordinator among various disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document and execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Evaluate and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a vigilant and safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school or equivalent educational background for licensing.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary.
- Regular verbal communication to convey information.
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing between 0-25 lbs.
- Regular sitting, reaching, and data entry using a keyboard.
- Frequent visual acuity for near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) distances, including color differentiation.
- Regular olfactory recognition for detecting odors.
- Frequent auditory skills for receiving oral communication and identifying alarms or machinery issues.
- Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25-50 lbs and moving patients.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and repetitive movements of the legs and arms.
- Occasional driving; rare crawling and running.
