This role provides executive oversight of Asset Management, Primary Servicing, and Master Servicing operations.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Set overall direction and goals, as well as manage results, of the various sub groups that perform loan servicing and asset management functions.2. Set organizational structure and reporting lines within various functional groups, as well as assign responsibilities for each department.3. Manage lender servicing relationships.4. Negotiate lender servicing agreements, vendor agreements and any other agreements as needed to include the evaluation on an annual basis for any additional needs or contraction of services.5. Provide support and/or directly review and approve compliance reporting, including Uniform Single Attestation Program (USAP), Reg AB, internal audits, lender audits, as well as any lender initiated review of servicing processes.6. Administration of applicable policies and procedures.7. Participate in industry related events including industry and lender conferences, working groups, peer groups, task forces, or councils as an official company representative.8. Identify and assess relative risk within the company’s portfolio to include loan specific, lender specific and industry specific risks.9. As a member of the Grandbridge Senior Management team, participate in the development of company strategic initiatives.10. Attract, retain, and promote top talent, with a strong focus on diversity, across Grandbridge and build a robust slate of credible successors for key leadership positions and for opportunities across Truist.11. Promote sound risk management as the first line of defense by ensuring compliance with Bank policies for credit, underwriting, operational, regulatory, tax, legal procedures and policies.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Fifteen years of experience with commercial real estate, banking, finance or equivalent field3. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills4. Strong organizational skills5. Demonstrated ability to manage a large group of associates and responsibilities 6. Strong analytical problem-solving skills7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products 8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight Preferred Qualifications:1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience2. Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or comparable industry designations3. Fifteen years of real estate experience4. Ten years of mortgage banking experience5. Ten years of managerial experience6. Relevant customer service experience7.
