Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual circumstances. \n
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic interventions utilizing strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy tailored to the needs of the patient. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational support groups that foster community and connection among participants while addressing prevalent mental health concerns. \n
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure alignment on treatment goals. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, thereby contributing to patient safety and stability. \n
- Provide education to patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources that can enhance their journey toward recovery. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines. \n
- Engage with ongoing professional development by participating in case consultations and team meetings, while staying informed about the latest developments within mental health therapy. \n
Your work will center around a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents from various backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. We are particularly focused on serving individuals within the community who are often underserved, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources and support.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees in the form of a Master’s or Doctorate are preferred. \n
- Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders. \n
- Proven ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments. \n
- Strong communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with a wide array of patients. \n
- Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism, including respect for patient confidentiality. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain proper documentation and patient tracking. \n
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team. \n

- Prior experience working in community mental health settings or outpatient facilities. \n
- Experience delivering both individual and group therapy options to diverse populations. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a history of employing them effectively. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
