Más de 5 años de experiencia como Business Analyst o Systems Business Analyst.
Mínimo 3 años trabajando con Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experiencia configurando módulos de Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service o Marketing).
Conocimientos sólidos en SQL y optimización de consultas.
Experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos, documentación funcional y técnica.
Manejo de metodologías ágiles.
Experiencia con herramientas como JIRA, Confluence o ServiceNow.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de forma autónoma.
