Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 23 beds Number of Staff 15 Type of staff: Day Shift 1 CNC/charge, 11 RN, 2 PCT/Unit Secretary Night Shift - 1 CNC/charge, 11 RN, 2 PCT/Unit Secretary Patient Ratios 1:2 Type of equipment Basic critical care equipment, to include, but not limited to, IABP, CRRT EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 2+ years of ICU experience IABP, CRRT, cardiac, heart and/or lung transplant ICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac/CV surgeries, post-cath lab Heart transplants Lung transplant Best personality Fit: High energy, mullti-tasker, knowledge-seeker, avid learner REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS Floating Area(s): Critical care, ED, and/or intermediate care areas (PCU/IMU)
