Bar Back Support bartenders in providing a fun and seamless experience for players. Required Attributes Positive Attitude – Be upbeat and friendly. One Team Mentality – Work collaboratively with all playmakers. Player Focus – Keep players’ experience at the top priority. Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment – Stay calm when busy. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience – A plus, not mandatory. Legal serving age and required certifications for responsible beverage service. Responsibilities Support bartenders by preparing and restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Maintain a clean, organized bar area – clean glassware, equipment, and utensils. Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep service running smoothly. Work with bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lb., bend, stoop, and carry items comfortably. Remain on your feet most of the shift; walk frequently. Handle a high‑volume environment with endurance and a can‑do attitude. Pay Min – $10.50 with tips; Max – $10.50 with tips. Benefits Free play and ½‑price food.
