Telemarketer 3+Month Contract Remote Role

The Inbound Sales Representative – Pet Insurance is responsible for driving new pet insurance policy sales by engaging directly with pet parents through inbound calls, email, and chat in a fast-paced contact center environment across the United States. Guided by our purpose—always with you, building a more confident future—and aligned with growth strategy, this role plays a critical part in expanding access to affordable pet insurance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional to educate pet parents, solve problems, and deliver a WOW! experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from pet parents to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies.
• Optimize inbound leads and manage time effectively to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Build strong rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of ***'s brand and pet insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to minimize wait times and support customer retention.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.

Must Have Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. - Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state plus at least 44 additional states required prior to hire.
