A respected outpatient rehabilitation practice in northern New York is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive patient-centered therapy services, including conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care, supported by a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications:
- Prior occupational therapy experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Strong background in patient assessment, treatment planning, and functional skill development
- Ability to document progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- National certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Active and unrestricted New York State licensure
- Commitment to continued professional development and evidence-based practice
