Headway is seeking a Chief of Staff, R&D who will own the operating system for a growing, AI-enabled R&D organization. You will coordinate quarterly and annual planning, headcount prioritization, and improvements to workflows. You’ll connect Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to keep plans aligned and prevent misalignment from delaying outcomes. You will write leadership materials, surface trade-offs, and drive cross-functional decision making with clear ownership and dates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Headway
