Job Description Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Perform quantity takeoffs and support bid preparation Solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing Maintain and update cost databases and project records Support senior estimators in bid reviews and project handoffs Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience) 0-3 years of experience in construction estimating or related role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry What's on Offer Competitive pay ranging from $72,000 to $97,000 annually.
