Virtual Client Navigator - Trauma-Informed Care & Resources

Palomar

Palomar, a nonprofit organization, seeks a Virtual Services Client Navigator to be the first point of contact across Palomar's virtual platforms. You will support survivors of violence and abuse, assess needs, and connect clients with resources through a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. You will collaborate with 40+ partner agencies, document interactions in Salesforce, and provide warm referrals or in-person connections as needed, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at every step. #J-18808-Ljbffr
