Role Details

• Full-Time (32 hours per week)
• Friday-Monday schedule (4 days)
• Weekend availability is essential - these are our busiest and most exciting days!

About the Role - GRACE Stylists

As a Grace Loves Lace Stylist, you will:

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one private bridal styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to create a warm, memorable, VIP experience for every bride
• Act as a proud brand ambassador, wearing and showcasing our beautiful collections
• Build strong relationships with brides throughout their entire journey
• Accurately take measurements and style brides with our exquisite accessories and occasionalwear
• Manage appointments while following up with brides via email and phone using an iPad
• Strive toward and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain impeccable presentation and exceptional people skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to learning our extensive product range
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail

Required Experience and Skills -

• Previous experience in retail or sales with a strong customer-service focus
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Confident working both independently and within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills across the customer journey
• Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed product knowledge
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards
• Intermediate IT and administration skills (iPad, MS Office; NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts during peak periods
