You will partner closely with Program Managers to deliver accurate forecasts, ensure compliance with government financial requirements, and provide actionable insights that enhance profitability and performance. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.Your Challenge:Lead the preparation of quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts for assigned programs.Analyze cost performance, schedule impacts, and program variances to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.Review and assess the financial implications of programmatic changes, milestone shifts, and contract modifications.Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for unbilled receivables and deferred revenue balances, ensuring proper revenue recognition.Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to Program Management and senior leadership.Prepare and present program financial performance, variance explanations, and risk assessments.Support ad hoc analyses, including stop work notifications, contract terminations, or cost impact studies.What you Bring: 8+ years of experience as a Program Financial Analyst in the defense or aerospace industry.Strong understanding of government financial regulations and compliance (FAR, DFARS, EVMS).Proven ability to develop forecasts, manage large data sets, and perform detailed variance and cost analysis.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or equivalent.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative mindset and the confidence to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.Who We Are:Our ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceThe Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions facility in Santa Clarita, California is the center of excellence for hardware level system integration and advanced package design.Integrated Systems in Santa Clarita prides itself on experience, expertise, and low risk solutions.
