Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor residents’ health, identify changes, and report to the healthcare team.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans.

• Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and facility regulations.

• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: 

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.

• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to resident needs.

• Ability to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
