Support Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Carry out scheduled and on-demand maintenance on building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC components, doors, locks, ceilings, and minor electrical fixtures based on Chanel’s request and escort vendors. Work Order Execution: Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and to quality standards as directed by the Senior Technician. Use HOST system or paper logs to document work performed, parts used, and time spent. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and adhere to lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and chemical handling protocols. Report unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents immediately to the Senior Technician. Tool & Material Management: Use hand and power tools properly and return them clean and in good condition. Request parts, supplies, or equipment through the Senior Technician when needed. Escalate client concerns or special requests to LM/Engineering Manager; do not make commitments independently. Team Collaboration: Support fellow technicians during high-volume periods or complex tasks. Participate in team briefings and follow instructions clearly and consistently. Continuous Learning: Accept coaching and feedback from LM/Engineering Manager to improve skills and performance and attend JLL trainings. Stay updated on site-specific procedures, equipment locations, and emergency protocols.
