Wire Harness Assembler - Aerospace & Defense

Join a tight-knit team building mission-critical wire harnesses for aerospace and defense programs. Not your typical factory floor - think supportive coworkers, comfortable workstations, detailed precision work (no heavy lifting), and real pride in knowing your work protects those who serve.

What You'll Do: Assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies; read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions; perform crimping, soldering, routing, and testing.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year building wire harnesses in a manufacturing setting (required)
  • 1+ year in defense, military, or aerospace (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong attention to detail; IPC/WHMA a plus
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR-compliant facility)
